The Ultimate Fight Academy in Flint, Michigan has officially joined the ATOS BJJ network of schools, led by world champion Andre Galvao.  Stellar Fight Management fighter Andre Garcia, owns and operates UFA – Flint and is extremely excited about the new alignment.

Garcia is officially an ATOS purple belt and will be competing in  2011 Pan-American Championships and 2011 World Championships, under the ATOS/UFA banner.

Stellar Fight Management is excited to announce veteran amatuer fighter “Sweet” Lou Finateri’s (1-4) rematch against Dan Smedburg (3-4) on October 9, 2010 at New Breed Fighters XXXIII in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Finateri and Smedburg went head-to-head on July 24, 2010, resulting in a loss for Finateri, via rear naked choke late in the third round.  The two will meet again during the Resorts Hotel and Casino’s Ultimate MMA Weekend beginning Friday, October 9.  Finateri, out of Westchester Fight Club, and Smedburg, of Renzo Gracie, will face off in the Super Lightweight division.
